The 2010 Complete Count Committee

With the 2010 census quickly approaching, the Mt. Pleasant City Commission recently approved the creation of a 2010 Census Complete Count Committee(CCC). A CCC is a volunteer committee established by tribal, state and local governments, and community leaders or organizations to increase awareness and motivate residents to respond to the 2010 census. Mt. Pleasant's committee is made up of dozens of individuals from local government offices, education institutions, community associations and religious organizations. These identified auxiliary team members will act as "field agents" in communicating the committee's message to their organizations.
