Minutes of the special meeting of the City Commission held Monday, January 17, 2005, at 4:30 p.m., in the City Commission Room.
Mayor Miller called the meeting to order and the Pledge Of Allegiance was recited.
Commissioners Present: Mayor Miller and Vice Mayor Bradley; Commissioners Bissell, Joslin, Moreno and Spycher
Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Tilmann
Others Present: City Manager Preston and City Clerk Flynn
City Manager Preston presented an overview on previous budget presentations.
Finance Director Ridley presented 2004-2007 budget projections.
City Manager Preston presented additional information, including systemic problems, steps to address issues, timelines, including public input and presentation to the Commission.
Discussion ensued.
Commissioner Spycher was excused at 5:04 p.m.
Moved by Commissioner Joslin and supported by Vice Mayor Bradley that the meeting adjourn at 5:14 p.m. Motion unanimously adopted.
