Minutes of the special meeting of the City Commission, held jointly with the Mt. Pleasant Planning Commission, on Monday, March 14, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Commission Room.
City Commissioners Present: Mayor Miller; Vice Mayor Bradley, Commissioners Bissell (arrived at 6:44), Joslin, Moreno, Spycher and Tilmann
City Commissioners Absent: None
Planning Commissioners Present: Chairperson Smith; Commissioners Ellertson, Gillis, Holton, Howard and Lichtman
Planning Commissioners Absent: Harter, Holtgreive and McGuire
Others Present: City Manager Preston, City Clerk Flynn and Director of Planning & Community Development Kulick
Mayor Miller called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
Planning Commission Chair Smith presented to the City Commission the Planning Commission’s 2004 Annual Report, including the proposed 2005 goals.
Mr. Kulick presented and reviewed with the Commission the proposed amendments to the special use permit document and the newly proposed Planning Commission rules for conducting meetings.
Commission members on both sides discussed the information.
Mayor Miller adjourned the meeting at 6:58 p.m.
