Minutes of the special meeting of the City Commission, held jointly with the Mt. Pleasant Planning Commission, on Monday, April 10, 2006, at 6:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bradley Kilmer.
Planning Commissioners Present: Chairman Jim Holton and Vice-Chairman Orlik; Commissioners Gillis, Lichtman and Markham
Planning Commissioners Absent: Ellertson, Harter, Johnson and Lazarov-Doherty
City Commissioners Present: Mayor Bradley Kilmer and Vice Mayor Spycher; Commissioners Bissell, Joslin, Moreno and Tilmann
City Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: City Manager Preston, City Clerk Flynn and Director of Planning and Community Development Kulick
Chairman Holton presented an overview of the Planning Commission 2005 Annual Report, including a review of 2005 and 2006 goals, Community Improvement Awards, officers for 2006 and committee appointments.
A tentative schedule for the City Master Plan review was discussed.
The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Bradley Kilmer at 6:35 p.m.
