Minutes of the special meeting of the City Commission held Monday, July 10, 2006, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Commission Room.
Mayor Bradley Kilmer called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Mayor Bradley Kilmer and Vice Mayor Spycher; Commissioners Bissell, Holton, Joslin, and Moreno
Commissioners Absent: Tilmann
Others Present: City Clerk Flynn, City Attorney Romashko, Division Directors: Ellis, Ridley and Yeagley. Guest: Mr. William Baldridge, MML Consultant
Mr. Baldridge explained the process of rating City Manager candidates and coming to a consensus on the number of candidates to interview. The Commission decided to interview five (5) candidates with two (2) additional candidates chosen as alternates should one or two candidates drop out.
Commissioners also discussed the interview process along with time of interviews which will take place on July 17, 2006 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 6:19 p.m.
