The City of Mt. Pleasant produces a quarterly newsletter for its residents.
"Connections" is designed to connect residents with City
information, services and programs. It is mailed to all households* within the
city limits of Mt. Pleasant in March, June, September and December.
Each newsletter contains articles and dates of seasonal programs,
operations and events; seasonal ordinance reminders; articles on how the City
and its departments operate; what's new, and much more. Many of those articles
are posted on our web site. In addition, each spring and summer issue
includes a special insert with details on recreation programs, parks
information and one registration form that the whole family can use.
Newsletters are always available for pick up at various locations
throughout City Hall or at Public Safety, Public Works, Veterans Memorial
Library and the Chamber of Commerce.
City residents who believe they are not receiving newsletters in their
mailbox may call (989) 779-5323, to update our mailing list. In order
to stay within budget, we cannot maintain mailing lists for businesses or
non-city residents. However, staff will gladly send a copy of the current
issue upon request.
* except large student apartment complexes and on-campus housing at
Central Michigan University.
