Zoning Board of Appeals
The Mt. Pleasant Zoning Board of Appeals is a seven-member citizen advisory board responsible for hearing appeals on decisions regarding enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance. Board members are appointed by the City Commission and serve staggered three-year terms without pay.
Meeting Information
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 4th Wednesday of each month. All meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 320 W. Broadway, Mt. Pleasant. Please call 989-779-5347 if you need additional information.
Meetings can also be viewed on Channel 96 as followed: Live: 4th Wednesday monthly, 7 p.m. and the meeting is rebroadcast (for two weeks following the meeting) daily at 5 p.m.; Sunday and Monday at 8 p.m.
ANNOUNCEMENT: The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for May 22, 2013 has been canceled.
