Division of Administrative & Financial Services

The Division of Administrative and Financial Services is responsible for: Accounting for the receipt and expenditure of public funds including utility billing, city-wide budgeting, city-wide technology support, all aspects of the voting process, maintenance and preservation of public records and documents, assessment and taxation of taxable property, human resources, and city liability and property insurance.

The Finance department, as part of this division, is responsible for the following items:

  • Oversight of all finance division activities
  • Long-term financial planning
  • City Switchboard
  • Debt Administration
