Candy Cane Lane
    • Let the magic of the holiday season come alive when you step onto Candy Cane Lane! Candy Cane Bingo, Reindeer Games, make-and-take crafts and a Candy Cane Hunt will delight children of all ages.

Under the Big Top
    • Under the Big Top
      Come see the big top come alive inside Finch Fieldhouse (CMU Campus)! This event is presented with the Chippewa River District Library (CRDL). Experience juggling, balancing, hula hooping, spinning, unicyclists, yo-yo acts and more. Check out the midway for free cotton candy, games, prizes, face painting, fortune telling and more.

Daddy-Daughter Date Night

    • Celebrate special relationships & cherished memories at Mt. Pleasant Parks & Recreation's Daddy-Daughter Date Night. A special evening of music, dancing, prizes and shared activities awaits young ladies of all ages and their dads or other favorite escort. Daddy-Daughter Date Night is held annually the end of January/beginning of February.

Winter Kids Expo
    • Kids got cabin fever? Join My 104.3 and MPPR at the Winter Kids Expo for fun games, physical activity& a day out of the house! Free fun for kids & great prizes for the whole family.

Mom & Son Outdoor Adventure
    • Adventure is calling! Come out and explore. Whether it is your first time visiting Chipp-A-Waters Park or you have been before, the Mom & Son Outdoor Adventure will create a memory to last a lifetime! Take a walk on the fun and educational side of the outdoors while learning about the Leave-No-Trace ethics. Apply your new knowledge on an interactive nature walk bird watching and identifying critters. Get creative and handy while building your own bird house and tie dyeing t-shirts. Afterwards, feed your appetite leaning how to grill your own lunch and then relax and eat by the river. Plenty of outdoor games and prizes will keep you asking for s’more!

Teen Flashlight Egg Hunt
    • Hundreds of candy-filled eggs will be waiting for teens and their flashlights at Island Park on Sunday, March 29! Come for a night of fun, food, and amazing prizes. Find special eggs and win really cool prizes including: gift cards for food, music, movie passes or maybe even the grand prize!

Princess & Superhero Party
    • Once upon a time... is the beginning to many fairy-tales. Why stop there? Make your child's dream of happily ever after come true by attending the Princess & Superhero Party! Dress up like your favorite superhero or princess. This enchanted afternoon will feature superhero games, magical crafts, the Royal Court Parade, refreshments and party favors. This event is held annually each spring.

    Teen Lock-In
      • Join us for an overnight party including games, food, crafts and many more fun activities just for teens. This is a FREE event held each summer in partnership with the Chippewa River District Library. Registration and parent permission required. Register at any CRDL branch library by July 24. Space is limited.

International Games Day
    • Celebrate International Games Day with MPPR and the Chippewa River District Library. An assortment of games will be available for you and your family to play, including:

      • 3D Life Size Candy Land
      • Assorted Board Games
