City Records
& Public Notices
The City Clerk's Office is responsible for maintaining
City records and publishing and posting public notices.
These items include:
City Records
- Maintenance of legal files including contracts,
agreements, deeds, cemetery records, voter
registrations, City Commission minutes, City Charter and
Code of Ordinances, certificates of insurance involving
City contracts, business licenses, and all other legal
documents.
Public Notices
- Public notices include meetings of the City
Commission and other City Board and Commission meetings,
any special meetings announced, notice of Public
Hearings and their purpose.
Publishing
- Publication of City Commission minutes and
ordinances.
