West Broadway Revitalization Project
The
Borden Building - 320 West Broadway
In November
2005 Mt. Pleasant voters approved the sale of City Hall with the
proceeds to be used to help pay for renovation of the historic
Borden Building. The West Broadway Revitalization Project is
comprised of the Borden Building renovation and the development
of the adjacent Parcel B.
As happens with most projects, plans are subject to change as
new information emerges and projections become aligned with
reality. The work-in-progress updates are included here to
provide a timeline of the project from “then” until “now”.
