NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING ROOFING PROJECT

ADHERED EPDM ROOFING 

The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, is requesting sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 401 N. Main Street, Mt Pleasant, Michigan 48858, until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2007, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read.  All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked, “Public Safety Building Roofing Project  - October 8, 2007”.

All bidding Contractors shall attend a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Monday, September 24, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.  Contractors shall meet in the lobby at the Department of Public Safety, 804 East High Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI  48858.

Specifications are available at the Public Safety Building, 804 East High Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858, questions can be directed to Greg Walterhouse @ (989) 779-5152, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Bids can also be obtained online – the City’s website is www.mt-pleasant.org

The City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to select the bid considered most advantageous to the City.
