The Mt. Pleasant Economic Development Corporation (EDC) wishes to sell approximately 4.25 acres of landlocked property off of West Broadway, bounded by the Chippewa River, TSBY Railroad and Mountain Town Station. Map, legal description and instructions to bidders are available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in Room 104, Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 401 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Proposals will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2007. The EDC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Sale of the property will be based on a combination of the proposed sale price and proposed development to take place on the property. The minimum purchase price is $42,000.
