New Commercial, Industrial and Multiple-Family Construction

The Mt. Pleasant Fire Department applies the 2000 International Fire Code in conjunction with the 2000 International Building Code. It also requires:

• Review of site plans in conjunction with the Planning Commission's site plan review process,
• Review of sealed prints in conjunction with the building permit process,
• Approval of the installation of sprinkler systems in conjunction with a County sprinkler permit.
