New Commercial, Industrial and Multiple-Family Construction

The Mt. Pleasant Fire Department applies the 2006 International Fire Code in conjunction with the 2006 International Building Code. It also requires:

  • Review of site plans in conjunction with the Planning Commission's site plan review process
  • Approval of the installation of sprinkler systems in conjunction with a County sprinkler permit.
