Chipp-A-Waters Park History

Text Box: 1999: Constructed new restrooms 2000: Received an ISTEA grant for improvements along M-20 to include a pedestrian bridge over the river to Chipp-A-Waters Park 2001: Added to main trail 882 Feet, New access road, 882 feet, 20 new parking spaces, walk-down canoe landing, installed observation deck, New Chipp-A-Waters sign installed 2002: Composite Structure, completed the trail and canoe landing to the river, installation of new playground equipment, completed the access road with parking at the river, constructed an observation platform at the river
