Forms
Banner Permit
This form is used whenever an
organization wants to place a banner on one of the
three City banner pole locations. The locations are
on north Mission near Pickard, south Mission near JC
Penny, and on High Street near Bradley. |
Right-of-Way Permit
This form is required whenever any
construction is planned in the City ROW. This
includes water, sewer, storm sewer, sidewalks,
driveways, trees, or any other proposed
construction. |
Water Permit
This form is used when water service is
requested . This includes the installation of new
service lines or water meters. |
All forms may be printed out from your home
or office and returned to the appropriate city office via
mail, fax, or walk-in.
In order to view and print forms, you must
have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you do
not, it is available free to the public at
Adobe Systems Incorporated.
