The City of Mt. Pleasant now offers
automatic bill payment for water and sewer utility
customers. Customers who would like to utilize this service
must complete an authorization form listing the bank and
account number that the bill will be paid from each month.
Once the bank approves the authorization, the bank will be
notified of the monthly utility bill amount and the payment
will be automatically deducted from the customer's bank
account on the due date. Customers will continue to receive
a bill in the mail indicating payment by the bank.
To sign up for this service, complete an
authorization form obtained below, and return to the City
Treasurer's Office. The form must be received by the
10th day of the month for the automatic bill payment to
become effective for the following month's bill.
