Payment of Parking Tickets, Utility Bills, Tax Bills, Civil
Infraction Tickets, and Building Permits
The City
Treasurer is pleased to announce the availability of online
payment of parking tickets, utility bills, tax bills, civil
infraction tickets, and building permits. There are two methods
of payment offered.
Paying Over
the Internet
You can pay directly from any savings or checking account
with no associated fees when you make your payment via our
Internet option.
Pay-by-Phone
We have partnered with a credit card processing agency to
provide you the option to pay your bills, tickets and permits
via credit card. The Pay-by-Phone option will only process
payments via credit and debit card.
There is a $3.95 "convenience fee" applied
to utility bills,
tickets and permits when using the Pay-by-Phone option. You must
first register before we can accept a payment from a
credit/debit card. Upon successful registration the Pay-by-Phone
number will be provided to you.
Please note
your confirmation number at the end of your payment session.

Parking
Tickets
You will need your ticket number or license plate number to
pay your ticket.
If your vehicle is in danger of being immobilized for
delinquent parking tickets, please call 989-779-5361 to report
the confirmation number of your payment.

Utility
Bills
You will need your account number to pay your utility bill.
Your account number can be found on the left hand side of your
bill. The account number begins with a 1, 2 or 3 and has the
following format, 123-12345-12. You will be asked to establish a
password for your account. Once your password is established
your payment information will be stored and can be used to make
future payments. If you wish to change your payment method, you
will need to do so before you make your next payment.
If your account is scheduled for shutoff due to non-payment,
please call 989-779-5387 to report the confirmation number of
your payment.

Tax Bills
You will need your parcel identification number to pay your
tax bill. Your parcel number can be found in the middle of the
left column or the lower right hand side of your tax bill. The
identification number begins with 17 and has the following
format, 17-123-12345-12. You will be asked to establish a
password for your account. Once your password is established
your payment information will be stored and can be used to make
future payments. If you wish to change your payment method, you
will need to do so before you make your next payment.

Civil
Infraction Tickets
You will need your civil infraction ticket number to pay your
ticket.

Building
Permits
You will need your building permit number to pay for your
building permit. Please note your conformation number to give
to the Building Department to issue your permit.
