for civil infractions
established?
Fines for civil
infraction violations are
established by the City
Commission. Fines are as
follows: First offense $50,
second offense $100, third
offense $250. Fines for Chapter
5(Title 4) Sec 4-512 Dogs & Cats
Removal of Excrement are as
follows: first offense $20,
second offense $100, third
offense $250.
What happens
if I don’t respond to the civil
infraction violation notice?
The
Bureau will turn over all
violation notices which are in
default to the issuing officer.
The issuing officer will file
the default with the District
Court of Isabella County.
