In accordance with City Ordinance the City has established a Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureau for the purpose of accepting admission of responsibility for municipal civil infractions in response to municipal civil infraction violation notices issued and served by authorized city officials, and to collect and retain civil fines and costs as prescribed by City Ordinance. The Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureaus under the direction of the City Treasurer. Civil infraction violation notices are issued by City Code Enforcement Officer, Police Officers and Fire Officers.
