For 40 years, the Mt. Pleasant Farmers’ Market has not only offered the freshest in-season fruits and vegetables, but an opportunity to meet and support area farmers. Meeting vendors and purchasing their products provides customers with a chance to learn more about where their food comes from and hear farmer recommendations on how products are best prepared.

"The Mt. Pleasant Farmers’ Market and its community of vendors are committed growers and producers who offer not only fresh fruits and vegetables but also, meats, cheeses, honey, maple syrup – the list goes on,” said Market Manager Carol Moody.

The Mt. Pleasant Farmers’ Market is held every Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Island Park and Saturdays outside City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
