The City of Mt. Pleasant will hold community outreach sessions to engage residents in the redevelopment planning for the Mt. Pleasant Center property.

HIGHEST & BEST USE STUDY RESULTS: OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULED

Global real estate company CBRE worked on a the highest and best use study on the Mt. Pleasant Center property for several months. This study will help the City determine the best future plan for the redevelopment of the property. Results of the study were released at a special meeting of the City Commission and Planning Commission April 15. Find results to the study on the News and Highlights page.

Join CBRE for an open house on April 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. to hear more about the study's results and provide feedback on the redevelopment planning for the property.
