May 14 – End of June, 2012

Remarketing and repurposing of remaining machinery, equipment and other assets through online auctions utilizing Orbitbid.com.
COMPLETED

Fall 2012

Demolition and abatement cost research scheduled updated and presented to City officials.
COMPLETED

Mid to late April 2013

Completion of the highest and best use study to create a potential vision for future development of the former Mt. Pleasant Regional Center property.

Spring/Summer 2013

Tentative timeframe for demolition of existing facilities on property.
